Park Lodge Residential care Home is a Victorian house, standing in mature grounds within a residential area of Broadstone, Dorset. The immediate area provides residents and visitors with a selection of shops, churches, doctors, a library, and post office to name a few.
It also has the added benefit of being located on a main bus route to Poole. Park Lodge has been a Residential Care Home for many years and is registered with the CQC for 17 elderly residents.

People were happy with their care and looked comfortable and relaxed. Staff treated people kindly and respectfully and encouraged their independence. Care plans were personalised and up to date, reflecting each person’s individual needs and preferences as regards their care. Staff had a good understanding of people’s care needs.
Friendly environment
Accommodation at Park Lodge residential care home is in 17 single rooms with the majority having ensuite toilet and wash hand basin. Rooms are situated on the ground and first floor which is served by a lift. All rooms are individually decorated and furnished and have an emergency call point both in the room and in the ensuite. Residents are most welcome to bring their furniture, TV, pictures and ornaments with them. A telephone may be installed in individual rooms if required.
The public rooms are all situated on the ground floor and there is a dining room, small lounge and large sun lounge which overlooks the secluded gardens.
Family run
Park Lodge residential care home provides accommodation on a mainly long term basis. Vacancies for short-term care are sometimes available. Care is provided at Levels 1 and 2. Fees are payable monthly in advance and cover full board, accommodation, laundry and personal care.
They do not cover the cost of newspapers, dry cleaning or charges made by the visiting hairdresser or chiropodist.
